Total responsibility for CB Therapy with regard to staffing, benefits administration,
and in-service education.
Supervise patient scheduling, patient registration, patient case management, billing and
collections, data entry, processing receivables, and therapist payroll.
Ensure the company is informed, knowledgeable and compliant with Medicare and Insurance guidelines.
Oversee patient satisfaction and resolve issues and complaints
Promote excellent customer service from employees to customers.
Develop, implement and administer office policies and procedures.
Interview, recommend, and train a productive medical office team.
Conduct performance reviews of employees
Ensure the office staff has adequate resources to perform its duties efficiently.
Oversee patient satisfaction, and resolve issues and complaints.
Maintain all patient and employee records of the company.
Prior health care, home care, staffing, recruiting or account management experience preferred Desire to work in a collaborative, team oriented
Exceptional customer service skills.
Education, Training, and
Experience (A combination will be considered.)
Clinical Degree such as Registered nurse, Licensed Vocational
Nurse, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational
Therapist, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Licensed
Medical Social Worker.
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,
Accounting, or Health Care Administration preferred.
Knowledge of business and accounting processes.
At least two years in a supervisory or management position.
